Texas Winter Storm Uri caused almost $200 Billion in damages. Unlike most Hurricanes or Tropical Storms we have seen in the past, the Texas Winter Storm aftermath presented more challenges when providing protocol reports for the remediation process and our Final Engineering Clearance Reports.

Mold Inspections sound scary to both the Seller & Listing Agent. The truth is it shouldn't be.
